Our Priority in TTMC Co. is to prepare a suitable condition to perform and control research to find the best solutions for the company’s issues in different aspects. This unit controls the required actions for the company’s improvement and development of technology and tries to expand its products and services through its specialized workforce, finding the latest scientific achievements, collaborating with other research centers and universities, and optimal utilization of its machines. Currently, we are working on the production of metallic powders with medical applications used in 3D metal printers.Our R&D section includes experienced researchers with excellent knowledge of metal alloy powders and nanotechnology. They successfully produced these powders on a laboratory scale and registered a local patent and an academic paper. 

In Jan 2024, the R&D group of TTMC Co. published an article with the title “Design, Development, and Characterization of a Novel Amorphous Ti-10Nb-10Zr-5Si-5Sn-5Cu Biomaterial Alloy” in the Journal of Materials Engineering and Performance. We hope to start its production on a semi-industrial scale in the immediate future, by progression of research. In addition, this team is working on designing other types of Titanium alloy powders.
